After doing quite a bit of research figured out it was the drain pump.
This pump fits on the following models and the fuse kit must be installed when replacing the pump gwl11 gwl15 iwl12 iwl15 iwl16 wa7t26ge wa37t26ge and wa42t26ge warning.
Will not fit gwl15 or any model not listed here.
You must purchase this kit to replace your drain hose.
Use of any other fuse is strictly prohibited.
Long story short i have replaced the pump put in the fuse that came along with it and put the console lid back on.
The drain hose by itself is not sold as a separate part.
