Fan Light Pull Switch Wiring

Rick the ceiling fan 3 way light switch is wired as follows.

The source hot wire is spliced to the black fan wire to hardwire it directly to the circuit and to a pigtail connecting the switch.

Connect the green copper wires together. With double switch wiring a fan with a light is connected to a double wall switch that controls power to the fan and the light separately.
